Price List

If your group would like to take advantage of picking up literature at the monthly intergroup meeting, then follow these guidelines with a few simple suggestions:

1. Groups Intergroup Representative must place the order with intergroup office staff (not volunteers) via:
   • phone at (954) 462-0265 or (954) 462-7202
   • fax at (954) 462-2013
   • Email at help@aabroward.org.
2. Place order no later than the Wednesday preceding the current month’s intergroup meeting.
3. Have intergroup staff call back representative for confirmation that all items ordered are available and to relay the total amount of purchase.
4. Bring check or exact change to monthly intergroup meeting between 11:00 and 11:45am the day of the monthly meeting. Make checks payable to Broward County Intergroup.
5. All orders must be picked up and paid for before the meeting begins. Orders not picked up will be returned to the intergroup office.

Since this is a new opportunity, we are limiting those who can place orders to intergroup representatives and intergroup volunteers as these folks are already scheduled to attend our monthly intergroup meetings.

Secondly, we can only be available before the meeting begins to deliver the purchases, as we do not want to disturb the regular meeting nor is there time after the meeting due to the general service meeting. 

As we are just beginning to offer this, we are going to experience some growing pains and learning opportunities.  Please bear with us as we learn more and make picking up literature and supplies easier for the groups of Broward County.
